At Citron, the public tenders team used two separate platforms: one to monitor tenders and another to respond to them. This separation created a lack of synergy between the tools, complicating collaboration within the team, with communication mainly based on email exchanges and verbal discussions.
Analyzing tenders with this setup proved particularly slow. Manually reviewing the tender specifications (DCE) took far longer than using instant analysis based on artificial intelligence (AI).

With Tengo, the Citron team can enter the name of a city, such as Suresnes for example, and the tool gathers all the tenders available for that location. Then, thanks to a dedicated contacts tab, it is possible to access contact information directly, including the phone numbers of the people involved.
